SOUTHS 6 WEEK WINTER COMP REGISTRATIONS

 

REGISTRATION

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 7TH JULY

In order to help streamline registrations and allow all players to use the game information app, we have teamed up with SportFix. SportFix have been working with Oztag to simplify the registration process and to take the pressure off managers to collect individual registration fees. We will also be using SportFix for our team draws, results and tables throughout the season. We’re hoping for a smooth transition and thank you all for your patience dealing with the new instructions.

  • Registration Fee is $50 per player 
  • All teams / players need to be registered through SportFix
  • Players will pay online during the registration process
  • Registrations close FRIDAY 7TH JULY

 

TEAM MANAGERS CAN NOW:

  • Register your team
  • Add players by entering their details, and their email address
  • Obtain the invite code to send to players so they can register themselves.
  • Manage their team moving forward including adding additional players and removing players who have withdrawn.
  • Add additional Team Admins to assist in managing the team
  • Check who has paid in their team

 

PLAYERS CAN NOW: 

  • Register themselves into a team either from an email that is sent from the system when the team organiser adds them OR By entering the code the team organiser provides to them
  • Pay their registration online, including using Active Kids vouchers
  • Register into multiple teams from the one application

 

STEP 1 – REGISTER A TEAM:

  • Click on this link:  REGISTER YOUR TEAM HERE
  • Managers ONLY should select “REGISTER NEW TEAM”
  • Choose the appropriate competition / division
  • Enter your TEAM NAME as well as the managers primary contact details
  • Accept the terms and conditions and your team will now be registered

 

STEP 2 – MANAGER TO REGISTER THEMSELVES INTO THE TEAM:

  • After registering your team, managers will continue until they see the option to “REGISTER MYSELF AS A TEAM MEMBER”
  • Please follow the prompts and enter the required information. Payment will be requested. Please use your preferred method or input your Active Kids Voucher
  • Once you are registered in the team, the team becomes active and you are able to invite other team members to also register.

 

STEP 3 – TO REGISTER OTHER PLAYERS INTO YOUR TEAM:

  • Use the ‘TEAM INVITATION’ option. This will automatically email a link to the players to sign up
  • Alternatively you can send out the TEAM INVITATION CODE and ask players to use the following link: TEAM CODE INVITATION LINK HERE

 

OBTAINING TEAM CODE:

For the team manager of the teams that have already registered, you can obtain the Team Code by Logging into your SportFix account

  • Go to My Teams (from the Profile Icon in top right)
  • Locate the team you wish to manage
  • Click on View Team
  • Click on Team Member Registrations in the Competition window towards bottom of screen
  • The screen that appears shows you the code to send to players
  • It also shows who has been invited and who has registered.

 

You also have the option to register other players as Manager if you so wish.
